• Standard Service: $160.91/hr (Scheduled by appointment; 1-hour minimum)

• Express Service: $213.67/hr (Guaranteed arrival within 1 week; 1-hour minimum)

• Emergency / Holiday Service: $240.24/hr (Rapid arrival within 24 hours; 1-hour minimum)

Specialized Services

• Annual Oil-Fired Boiler Service: $185.05/hr (1-hour minimum)

• House Draining & Seasonal Turn-Ons: $185.05/hr (1-hour minimum)

• Drain Cleaning & Camera Inspection: $240.24/hr (1-hour minimum)

• Sewage Pump Service: $240.24/hr (1-hour minimum)

Service Policies & Guarantee

• Heating Equipment Servicing: We exclusively service and maintain heating systems that we have personally installed.

• Travel Time: Charged at the applicable service rate per minute.

• Hazardous Workspace Fee: An additional 50% labor charge applies to work in restricted or hazardous conditions (e.g., crawlspaces, attics, trenches).

• 1-Year Workmanship Warranty: All workmanship is fully guaranteed for one year following job completion.
